This program is designed to assist the listener in organizing & firing off multiple goals, including health, work, prosperity, self-development & self-care, relationships, home, community, spiritual & future.  Lack of inner goal structure often leads to burnout, chronic disease, emotional imbalance, relationship problems & often job loss.  It can also lead to workaholism & other addictive tendencies.  When a proper structure is in place & worked with interactive self-hypnosis, the individual is able to work with his/her creative mind, instead of struggling or over-efforting, the precursors of stress-overload. 

As goal seeds are planted subconsciously, they begin to take root in very creative ways, often surprising the individual working with this part of their brain & imagination.  Stress is released through this process while emotions & thoughts are managed to assist instead of allowing them to destroy.
